Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the package to our studio.

Artwork is in pristine condition upon arrival to your address, please make sure it stays that way in order for us to approve a return. If there are marks, scuffs, or folds in the artwork then unfortunately we will not be able to accept a return.

Please note there is a minimal restocking and handling fee on all returns, to cover the shipping costs that we incurred to send the artwork to you. And to inspect and ensure the product is in perfect, archival condition. This cost is 25.00 per item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without fingerprints, marks or damage to the surface of the artwork, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted and then received in good condition, then 100% of the original order minus the 25.00 restocking fee cost will be returned to you as a store credit.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items with a 25% or greater discount.

Artwork is in limited quantity, and sales often sell out at reduced prices. This policy is enacted to keep the editions numbered and in tact.
